I’ve been reflecting a lot lately about how much Enchanted Connections has become more than just a place to learn about crystals, Goddesses, and spirituality. It’s become a place of real magic and transformation for all of us. For me, it’s not just about what we do, but how it makes me feel. There’s something so powerful about watching young people discover themselves and their personal strength while we create beautiful, meaningful items together.

Every week, we gather to explore spiritual practices in a way that’s fun, creative, and deeply personal. We don’t just talk about crystals or meditation; we use them to tap into our own inner power. We make things that feel sacred, like the items we place on our altars, and it’s so amazing to watch the young people connect with their creativity while also learning more about who they are. The connection with Kayleigh from Ouroboros has also been magical, she was reluctant to join us at first, worried she might take up a space, a little reassurance changed that and I get the feeling she is excited each session to share her ideas and thoughts. I do know that Kayleigh is super pleased that her space is being used for young people to learn and grow in a supported and safe environment.

But the part I’m most grateful for, is the bond I get to share with my own daughter. I can’t even put into words how special it feels to be on this journey with her. Watching her dive into these teachings and really feel the connection to her own inner wisdom fills my heart with joy. We also get the added bonus of planning and writing and gathering all of our resources together. We get to share these moments together, create together, and learn together. It’s a gift that keeps giving - and it’s a blessing that I never take for granted. Watching her lead on the meditations and share her spiritual growth stories with the younger ones is magical. One special moment was sorting all the crystals we had gathered over our lifetimes, and laughing about how we would need an extra strong bag to put them in.

One of the unusual parts of this group is that the young people bring a parent or guardian with them, this was different for me, nothing I have created before, but I felt passionate about creating a space where parents could strengthen their bond with their young person. Teenage years are often disconnected from parents and with reports that young people are feeling lonely more than the older generations, it made sense to give space for the nurturing of existing relationships, so they can strengthen and grow. The parents in the group have embraced the opportunity with open arms and are easily as excited about the topics, which I have been told has led to additional conversations and planning at home.

What has pleased me most is how much the young people in this group have started to discover about themselves. I’ve seen them grow in confidence and start to recognise the power within them. From making their own sacred objects to sitting in meditation, they’re tapping into their intuition and embracing their unique gifts. The more we practice, the more they realise that they have the ability to guide themselves—they are the ones who have the answers. And that, to me, is one of the most beautiful things.

But beyond the personal growth, the friendships that are starting to form are truly special. I’ve watched the teens come together in such a beautiful way. It’s like they’ve found their own little tribe - people who understand them, support them, and walk beside them on their journey. To me, that’s one of the most powerful aspects of Enchanted Connections: we’re not just learning together, we’re growing together.

I honestly feel so blessed to be a part of this space. It’s been such a privilege to see how these young people are transforming, not just in their spiritual practice but in their everyday lives. They’re carrying with them the confidence, wisdom, and magic they’re learning here. And for me, being able to share this experience with my daughter and all of the teens who come through is an absolute joy.

So, as I sit here and reflect, I just feel so full. Full of gratitude, full of love, and full of hope for what’s to come. Enchanted Connections is more than just a group - it’s a space for empowerment, creativity, and the kind of deep, soulful connections that will last a lifetime.

And I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
